So our no questions asked guarantee means that if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us in its original condition and packaging together with the invoice, within 7 days of the date you received the item, unopened (with any seals and shrink wrap intact) we will issue a refund for the purchase price minus a 10% delivery charge.

In addition we reserve the right to make a 25% restocking charge for any goods which are not returned in mint condition and/or with shrink wraps/security seals intact or to refuse to accept such goods, at our sole discretion. Your statutory rights are not affected.

Cooling-off period By law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase of an item within 7 working days of the items delivery to you. We regret that we cannot accept cancellations of contracts for the purchase of video, audio and software products where the item has been unsealed.
