Last Posting Dates for Christmas

Royal Mail has supplied us with last posting dates for Christmas. Please note that we will always endeavour to post your order in good time, but we cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by Royal Mail.

To avoid disappointment, please make sure you have placed your order well in advance of these times.

Uk Delivery By Friday 19th December

Our FREE UK delivery (including the Channel Islands) usually takes 1-5 working days from date of dispatch, but may take longer if circumstances beyond our control disrupt postal services. Please note that we will need to wait 15 working days (Monday - Saturday) from the date of dispatch before we can investigate the non-arrival of an item.

International Orders : Unfortunately we are unable to ship to addresses outside of the United Kingdom.

Returns:

To return an item under our no questions asked guarantee could not be easier, simply include the reason for return (write it on the back of your invoice), package the relevant item together with its invoice, securely and send it to us within 7 days of the date that the item was delivered to you. If you would like to return an item, please contact us stating you would like to return an item, remembering to include your order number and we will then send you all the details you need to return your item.

Missing or delayed items:
After the allowed delivery time has passed please contact us and give your order number, full name and address. We will then email or post you a Lost Order Form. You must complete this Form and return it to us within 10 days to confirm non-receipt of the original order - without this completed form we cannot arrange a refund or replacement. Once the form has been received and approved we will either send a replacement order or issue a refund. Missing orders are very rare but when they do occur must follow this procedure.
